(Ex: transfers from truck to storage, movement from elevator to barge, etc.) The hypothetical contract numbers you are looking at are composites made from the field and grower IDs, plus a sequencial number added on to make the contract unique, and a two letter classification as to the product's intended use.

In addition to uploading data when the hand-helds are synchronized with the online system, software updates can be picked up as well. No special action needs to be taken at the receiving end for this to take place.
